Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping. Delivery is within 7-10 business days. Shipping is for domestic orders only. We do not currently offer expedited or international shipping.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. Final costs will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders over $50.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your order on the courier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at h2thairandbodycare@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Head 2 Toe Hair & Body Care is not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Reshipping fees may apply for returned orders.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Head 2 Toe Hair & Body Care, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward process for returns and exchanges. In alignment with the health and safety of our team and customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your product was delivered with damages. In this case, items will be exchanged. No refunds.
