Cancellation Policy

We get it. Things happen. If you are 15 minutes late to an appointment, you'll have to reschedule. If an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. We won't charge you for doing so, but cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance two or more times will result in no longer being able to book services.
